Our History
Ashley is a family-owned company with over 80 years of experience in the home furnishings industry. From 35 employees in 1970, we have grown to become the world's largest furniture manufacturer and the largest furniture manufacturer in the United States, with over 35,000 employees worldwide. Our family values have expanded our manufacturing and distribution capacity to over 27 million square feet, reaching 155 countries, while maintaining our multigenerational commitment to our vision of being the best home furnishings company.
